The immune factor most frequently found in patients with reproductive failure.
KIR / HLA-C testing
A KIR/HLA-C mismatch can hold back the necessary activity of uterine NK cells.
Lymphocyte subsets Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg
In blood or endometrium, a pro-inflammatory bias may be related to reproductive failure.

My approach

Every patient and every case is different. New drugs are not always needed: often it is about fine-tuning the ones already in use to maximise the chances of success.

I am a clinically minded immunologist who heads the Immunochemistry laboratory of a major public hospital accredited under ISO 15189. I work every day alongside gynaecologists from Spain and abroad.
